Brand-new lava/glitter lamps for my room 😁
Decorating dozens of sugar cookies
Enjoying a visit with friends from church for the first time in a long while
Homemade pizza (sorry, no pictures. we ate it up too fast.)

Watching God's Not Dead (movies 1 and 2)
Walking in the rain
More Sue Thomas FBEye!! We had just finished the episode Prodigal Father from season two, and, not being able to take the suspense any longer, Mom and I both hopped online to search and see if Sue and Jack ever marry. Aaand the answer **HIGHLIGHT TO VIEW SPOILER**➡➡➡ they don't.
Do you like keychains (even if you don't have a key to put them on)? What's a song God has been using in your life recently? Let's talk in the comments below!
Blessings,
Ellen S.
I love keychains!! I only have a set of house keys... and that's where they always are- in the house. I never use them.
ReplyDeleteFun! 😀 I'm not *usually* a keychain addict . . . until you put "books" or "faux food" (or possibly both!) in the equation. Then I'm done for. 😂
DeleteI could have told you the spoiler to Sue Thomas.... Sue Thomas is great, isn't it? I'm getting Volume IV today at the library today. I have WAY too many key chains and only one key...
ReplyDeleteIT'S AWESOME. 😄😄😄 I'm assuming you've watched the whole series before? If so, do you have a favorite episode? 😊
DeleteI've watched several random episodes before we started the series from the beginning. "The Newlywed Games" and "Breaking up is Hard" (or something like that; I can't remember the exact name) are my FAVORITES so far!
DeleteI'm really looking forward to watching both of those!! 😁
DeleteSo, what are your thoughts on God's not dead films?
ReplyDeleteThey were great!! I think I liked the second movie best. 🥰
DeleteYes I loved that one too!
Delete🤗🤗🤗
DeleteSo fun! Haha, I know they intended to do an ending movie to Sue Thomas, but it never worked out.
ReplyDeleteI know, so sad. 😭 But, even with that spoiler, I'm still thoroughly enjoying the series. 😃
DeleteFun post Ellie!!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you!! 💜
DeleteHow fun!!! Oooh, I LOVE lava lamps! They're so cool to look at! AHHH, I want to watch Sue Thomas FBEye SOOO bad! Everyone seems to love it, but unfortunately I can't get it anywhere for free. *sobs* If it's that good, maybe I'll have to convince my parents to let us rent it or something...XD
ReplyDelete*whispers* you can watch it with a Hallmark Movies now subscription ($6/month) and I think there's like a 14 day free trial or something... Same thing with a Dove subscription, but I think Dove only has season one ;)
DeleteOh my goodness, thank you so much! I'll have to look into that!!! :D
DeleteThanks, Victoria and Faith! You can also get Sue Thomas through Tubi (free w/ ads). Hope you're able to watch it at some point!! I think you would enjoy the series. 😀
DeleteI love the lamps!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks, so do I. 😉😆😊
DeleteAH stop it!!! That spoiler is SO hard to resist! But I'm gonna or maybe not... AH I'm SO tempted rn
ReplyDeleteOh and Prodigal father is one of my favs. Mostly because lots of Bobby!
Your sister is SO cute with the lava lamp!
Bobby is pretty great. 😉
DeleteThanks!
F.B.Eye is the total bomb. :D <3
ReplyDeleteYesssss. 🤩
DeleteI recently heard an older song for the first time and was very moved by it. It's by Fernando Ortega, Jesus King of Angels. I watched the Sue Thomas series some time ago, it's a good one. I like that it's based on a real life Sue Thomas. Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing, Mrs. Hickey! I'll listen to that song right now. 😊
DeleteMerry Christmas to you too!
I love the lamps!! And Sue Thomas F.B.Eye is great, I've seen them all! 💜
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jovey!! Lava/glitter lamps hold a special place in my heart. 💜 And Sue Thomas is amazing!! 🥰
DeleteThe lava/glitter lamps are so pretty!! 😍 Makes me wish I had my own!
ReplyDeleteThank you! They're really cool!! 😄
DeleteHey! Weird question- but are your words for the year 2020 or 2021?
ReplyDelete2020. 😊 I need to choose a new word (or two) for this upcoming year.
DeleteDecorating Christmas cookies is so fun! “I will praise You in this storm” is a song that’s been on my mind lately. I’m not sure yet about a word for 2021 but it may be “present.” : )
